Sheela Meen \ Barracuda Fish - 250gm
Curry Leaves - 5 stk
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Dry Red Chilli - 2 no
Tamarind Ball - 1"ball size
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Coconut Oil - required
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Sheela Meen Curry Leaves Fry :
- To make the masala, grind the curry leaves, pepper, garlic, dry red chilli, tamarind, cumin seeds and required salt into fine paste with required water. (Image 1 and 2)
- Then marinate the fish pieces with the ground masala paste and refrigerate for half an hour. (Image 3 and 4)
- Then shallow fry the marinated fish pieces with the coconut oil and ready to serve. (Image 5 and 6)

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with the Fish Curry, Curd Rice and Rasam. |
