Maida - 1 and 1\2 cup |
Oil - 1 tbsp |

Sugar - 1 tsp |

Stuffing: |
Oil - 2 tbsp |
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped) |
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped) |
Crushed Ginger Garlic - 1 tbsp |
Tomato - 1 no (finely chopped) |
Chicken Keema - 250 gm |
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp |
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp |
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Garam Masala - 1\2 tsp |
Salt - as required |
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) |
To Bake: |

Method : |
To make the dough, in a mixing bowl, add the maida, oil, salt, sugar and egg, mix well, then add required water and knead into soft dough. Rest the dough for about thirty minutes. |
To make the stuffing, heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onion and green chili, saute until the onion turns translucent. Then add the ginger garlic, saute until its raw smell leaves. Add the tomato and cook. Add the chicken keema and saute for one minute. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, pepper powder, garam masala and required salt. Mix and cook the chicken over medium flame. At last add the coriander leaves, mix and cool the stuffing. |
To make the paratha, Divide the dough into two parts. Stuff half of the chicken mixture in the each parts. Roll into paratha. Place on greased baking tray. Milk wash on top. |
To bake, pre heat the oven into 200 degree Celsius. bake the paratha for 10 mins. Then bake for extra 5 mins in 220 degree Celsius or until the top appear brown spots. |
While hot, grease some butter on top and serve hot. |
Notes: Make soft dough and rest at least 30 mins. It can also cook on tawa. |

Place the paratha on greased baking tray. Milk wash on top. Bake for 10 mins in 200 degree Celsius. Then bake for extra 5 mins in 220 degree Celsius or until the top appear brown spots. While hot, grease some butter on top and serve hot. |
