Mushroom - 200 gm (chopped) Red Chili Paste - 1/2 tsp (soaked in hot water and paste it) Green Chili - 1 no (small, finely chopped) Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped) Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped) Ajinomoto - 4 pinch Soya Sauce - 2 tsp Corn Flour - 3 tbsp Maida - 3 tbsp White Pepper - 1/2 tsp Egg White - 1no (optional) Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped) Spring Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped) Garnish - Coriander Leaves and Spring Onion. Oil for Deep Fry + 2 tsp Salt to Taste. |
