- Beat the eggs white til stiff with an electric beater. (Image 9)
- Add chocolate-egg mixture and fold them. (Image 10)
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin. (Image 11)
- Bake for 10minutes at 200 degree Celsius, then reduce the temperature into 160 degree and bake for another 25minutes or until cooked. (Image 12)
- Test the test by inserting tooth pick or skewer in the middle, it should come out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven, cool for 10mins, turn out and remove the paper, cool completely and serve.
