Mushroom Cheese Fry | Kaalan Varuval

Mushrooms - 6 no + 2 no
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Parsley or Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Maida - 2 tsbp
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Chili Flakes - 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ajinomoto - 1/8 tsp + 1/8 tsp
Bread Crumbs - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1 no
Salt to Taste
Oil for deep Fry. |
Steps To Make The Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Fry :
- For stuffing, combine the two mushrooms (finely chopped) with cheese, green chilli, parsley and required salt. (Image 1)
- Then stuff the mushrooms with the cheese mixture and keep aside. (Image 2)
- For the batter, combine the cornflour, maida, pepper, ajinomoto, egg and required salt. (Image 3)
- Dip the stuffed mushrooms in the batter and roll them on the bread crumbs one by one and keep aside. (Image 4 and 5)
- Then deep fry the mushrooms in the hot oil till golden brown colour and ready to serve. (Image 6)
