Crispy Mixed Vegetables Mushroom And Cheese Spring Rolls | Snacks

Stuffing :
Carrot - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Cabbage - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Potato - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Mushroom - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Nellikkai \ Amla - 1 no (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Garlic - 2 cloves (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 2 no (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/4 cup
Mixed Herbs - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste.
Spring Rolls Sheet :
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Maida \ All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
Water - required
Oil - required. |
Steps To Make The Mixed Vegetable And Cheese Stuffing : (above image)
- Heat the butter and oil in a hot kadhai, saute the garlic for seconds, then stir in the onion and green chilli till the onion turn light brown colour. (Image 1)
- Stir in the potato and saute for an minute. (Image 2)
- Then stir in the carrot and again saute for an minute. (Image 3)
- Stir in the nellikkai \ amla for few seconds. (Image 4)
- Then stir in the cabbage, mushroom and required salt till all the ingredients cooked. Finally add the mixed herbs and coriander leaves, mix well and keep aside. (Image 5 and 6)

Steps To Make The Spring Roll Sheet : (above image)
- To make the spring roll batter, combine the corn flour and maida in a mixing bowl with required salt. (Image 1)
- Then add the required water and mix well without lumps, the batter should be watery. (Image 2)
- To make the spring rolls, heat a non-stick tawa, smear little oil and wipe off excess oil. (Image 3)
- Pour 1/4 cup (+ or -) of batter in the center, tilt into thin circle and cook over medium flame. (Image 4)
- When the side turn cripsy, gently take out from the tawa and keep aside. (Image 5)
- Do the same for the remaining batter. (Image 3 to 5)
- Then cut in to square or rectangle and dust by little maida to avoid sticky with others, and the spring roll sheet is ready. (Image 6)

Steps To Make The Mixed Vegetable and Cheese Spring Rolls :
- Take a spring roll sheet, place two tablespoon of prepared vegetable mixture and a tablespoon of cheese in the center. (Image 1)
- Fold the adjacent sides and roll into cylindrical shape and seal all the sides with maida paste. (Image 2 and 3)
- Do the same for the remaining sheets.
- Then deep fry in the hot oil til golden brown colour and ready to serve. (Image 4)
