Vazhai Pazham Kuzhi Paniyaram | Delicious Sweet Banana Paniyaaram

Rice Flour -1 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/4 cup (1/4" chopped)
Dry Ginger Powder \ Sukku Powder - 1 tsp
Banana - 2 no (small)
Cooking Soda - 1/4 tsp.(sodium-bi-carbonate) |
Steps To Make The Kuzhi Paniyaram :
- Boil a cup of water, add the jaggery, cook till its dissolved and filter it to remove the impurities.
- To make the kuzhi paniyaram batter, mix the rice flour, jaggery water, coconut, dry ginger powder, mashed banana and cooking soda with required water, paniyaram batter consistency is similar to dosa batter. (Image 1 and 2)
- Rest the batter for 5 mins.
- Then heat the ghee \ oil in a paniyaram pan. (Image 3)
- Pour the required batter in the paniyaram holes. (Image 4)
- When the sides turn golden brown, turn and cook till done. (Image 5)
- Do the same for the remaining batter.
