Instant Badam Milk Powder Mix | Homemade Saffron Badam Milk Powder Mix - No Preservatives and 100% Natural Color. Very simple easy and delicious instant almond milk powder mix, made with the main ingredients of badam, saffron, brown sugar and milk powder. Turmeric powder and saffron are used for natural yellowish color. Also cardamom seeds are used to enhance the flavor. Store them in a air tight container in refrigerator to avoid lumps.
We can also use this to make badam cookies, badam cake, badam kulfi's and badam flavored chocolates.

Badam Milk Powder Mix | Homemade Saffron Badam Milk Powder Mix

Ingredients :

Badam | Almonds - 1\2 cup
Brown Sugar - 2 cups
Milk Powder - 1\2 cup
Saffron - 1 tsp + 1\2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1\2 tsp
Green Cardamom Seeds - 20 to 25 nos
Badam | Almonds - 2 to 3 tbsps (finely chopped)
Method :
Using heavy weight kadai or heavy bottom kadai, dry roast the badam over low flame until crunchy. Cool down them completely.
Blend the roasted badam, brown sugar, milk powder, 1\2 tsp saffron, turmeric powder and cardamom seeds into fine powder.
Then mix the remaining saffron and chopped badam, That's all. Store them in a air tight container in refrigerator.
To make the badam milk, mix 2 to 3 tsps of prepared badam milk powder mix with a cup of milk and serve it.
Notes: To roast the badam evenly and without burning, use heavy weight kadai or heavy bottom kadai. Don't over blend the badam milk mixture, it may release oil and make them lumpy. Store them in a air tight container in refrigerator to avoid lumps.
