Chicken - 250gm (boneless, strips) Large Onion - 1 no (square) Capsicum - 1 no (square) Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped) Corn Flour - 1/4 tsp (diluted in 1/2cup of water) Ajinomoto - 2 pinch Soya sauce - 2 tsp Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Oil to fry + 1 tbsp Salt to Taste. To Marinate : (1 hour) White Pepper - 1 tsp Cornflour - 2 tsp Maida - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Egg White - 1 no Salt to Taste. |
