Chicken - 500gm Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup (chopped) Curd - 3/4 cup Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup (chopped) Onion - 1 no (chopped) Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Green Chili - 3no (slit) Oil - 2 tbsp Salt to taste. To Marinate : (1/2 an hour) Curd - 1/4 cup Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp Required Salt. |

Keep an eye on it when you take the lid off or it will certainly thicken too much. Was ok, but can't say I'll be making Dhaniya chicken.
