Steps To Make The Gothumai Maavu Idiyappam \ Wheat Flour Sting Hopper :
- To make the idiyappam dough, dry roast the gothumai maavu \ wheat flour in a heavy bottom kadhai and let it cool. (Image 1)
- Then add the required salt and boiling water, mix well and make a soft dough. (Image 2, 3 and 4)

- To steam the idiyappam, grease the idly pan plates or cover it by wet cloth and keep aside.
- Fill the idiyappam maker and make the idiyappam on the prepared plates. (Image 5 and 6)
- Boil 2inches of water in a idly pan, then arrange the prepared plates in the idly pan and steam it for 15mins over simmer (Image 7)
- Take out the steamed idiyappam on the plates and ready to serve. (Image 8)
