Lotus Seeds \ Phool Makahana - 1 and 1/5 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Roasted Lotus Seeds \ Phool Makahana :
- Heat butter in a kadhai \ pan.
- Add in the lotus seeds and roast over medium flame for approximately two and half minutes or till golden color and crisp.
- Separately mix all the masala's powder together.
- Add the mixed masala's powder into the roasted lotus seeds and toss it well, making sure that it doesn't get burnt.
- Then remove from the flame and ready to serve.
