Samba Gothumai Flour - 1 cup |
Cocoa Powder - 1\4 cup |
Baking Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Cooking Soda - 1\4 tsp |
Melted Unsalted Butter - 80 gms |
Condensed Milk - 1\2 cup |
Brown Sugar - 1\4 cup |
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp |
Milk - 1\3 cup |
Dark Chocolate - 1\2 cup (small pieces) |
Ganache |
Fresh Cream - 1\2 cup |
Dark Chocolate - 1\2 cup (chopped) |

Method : |
PREPARATIONS |
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius at convectional mode. Line the cupcake mold with the liner. Sieve the samba wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and cooking soda, keep aside. |
CUPCAKES |
To make the cupcakes batter, in a mixing bowl, add the melted unsalted butter, condensed milk, brown sugar and vanilla essence, using whisk mix altogether. |
Add in the milk and mix well. |
Add the sieved flour mixture and mix well. If the batter is too thick, add some more milk. |
Add the dark chocolates and mix them. |
Fill the cupcakes batter into the mold upto 3\4th. Tap gently to spread the batter evenly. Bake for about eighteen minutes (+ or -) in a preheated oven. |
Cool the cupcakes. |
GANACHE |
Heat the fresh cream in a pan, turn the flame into simmer. Add the dark chocolate and mix well. |
Cook till the chocolate melts. Cool them and keep aside. |
Dip the cupcakes top on the ganache, decorate with sugar sprinkles and serve. |
Notes: Use all the ingredients at room temperature. Baking time will vary for every oven. |
