Ingredients :

Butterscotch Praline

Powdered Jaggery / Nattu Sakkarai - 1\2 cup
Unsalted Butter - 1\4 tsp
broken Cashews - 2 tbsps

Ice Cream

Unsalted Butter - 1 tbsp
Wheat Flour - 1 tbsp
Milk - 2 cups

Buttescotch Sauce

Powder Jaggery / Nattu Sakkarai - 3\4 cup
Fresh Cream - 3\4 cup
Unsalted Butter - 1 tbsp
Method :

To make the butterscotch praline

To make the butterscotch sauce

Heat the brown sugar and 2 tbsps of water in a pan, bring to boil. Add the fresh cream and unsalted butter, cook over medium heat by stirring constantly for about 1 min.

Now The Ice cream

Mix the ice cream base and butterscotch sauce together in a plastic container. Sprinkle the praline on the top and refrigerate for about 6 hrs. That's all.
Notes: If the ice cream mixture is too thick, add some milk.
Serving Suggestion:  Goes well with brownies.
