Ingredients :

Simple Sweet Kozhukattai | இனிப்பு கொழுக்கட்டை | Coconut-Sugar Kolukattai
Raw Rice Flour | Pacharisi - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 3\4 cup
Sugar - 1\2 cup (+ or -)
Cardamom - 3 pods
Water - 1 and 1\4 cup to 1 and 1\2 cup
Salt - 2 pinch
Method :

To make the kozhukattai dough, boil the water in a pan with salt. In a mixing bowl, add the flour and boiling water (+ or -), Using ladle, knead into soft dough and keep aside to cool little.

To make the pooranam | stuffing, combine the coconut and sugar in a bowl, mix well altogether and keep aside.

To make the kozhukattai, take a lemon size dough, flat into circle with some ghee, then stuff a tablespoon of pooranam and make desired shape. (shown in above image)

Variation: To make it more healthier - Instead of sugar you can also use jaggery or palm jaggery. Instead of raw rice, you can also use red rice flour or any millet rice flour.
