- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste, saute until onion becomes light golden brown colour.
- Add chicken and cook until its moisture has reduced, stir in between.
- Stir in red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and required salt, saute for an minute or until raw smell leaves.
- Pour water and cook for 5-10 min in simmer, until the chicken becomes soft and water reduced.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
