Spicy Lemon Fish Fry




Ingredients :

Seer Fish / Vanjaram Meen - 250 gm (5-6 pieces)
Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/8 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 no
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

Methods :


Steps To Make Vanjaram Meen Varuval :
  • Squeeze the lemon juice on the fish pieces and set aside for 5min.
  • Marinate with red chili powder, turmeric powder and required salt for half an hour.
  • Shallow fry them in hot oil on both side till done and ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Dhal rice or Sambar rice.
