Chinese Chicken Noodles (Indo - Chinese)

Ingredients :

Chinese Chicken Noodles (Indo - Chinese) Ingredients

Noodles - 2 packs
Chicken - 100 gm
Chicken Stock - 1 cup
Egg - 2 nos
Cabbage - 100 gm (cut into sticks)
Carrot - 50 gm (cut into sticks)
Capsicum - 1 no (cut into sticks)
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 2 tsp (finely chopped)
White Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ground Red Chili Paste - 1 tsp (soaked in hot water and paste)
Ajinomoto - 2 pinch
Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - Required
Salt to taste.

Method :

  • Boil the noodles with required salt and drain all excess water, add 1 tsp of oil and mix well to avoid sticky and keep aside.

  • To make egg podimas, heat oil in a pan, add the beaten egg with required salt, stir well until the egg full cooks and keep aside.
  • Boil the chicken pieces and shred into it small pieces, add pepper powder and required salt, mix well and keep aside.

Steps To Make Chicken Noodles :
  • Heat butter in a pan, saute ginger and garlic until raw smell leaves.
  • Add cabbage, capsicum and carrot, saute for 5min.

  • Add red chili paste and required salt, saute and cook for another minute.
  • Then add soy sauce, ajinomoto, white pepper and chicken stock, mix well.

  • Add cooked noodles and mix well.
  • Finally add egg and shred chicken pieces, mix well and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Dragon Chicken.
