Spicy Fried Sole Fish / Tongue Sole / Naaku Meen

Ingredients :

Spicy Fried Sole Fish / Tongue Sole / Naaku Meen Ingredients

Sole Fish / Tongue Sole / Naaku Meen - 250 gm ( cleaned with turmeric and salt)
Oil for fry.

To Marinate : (1 hour)

Curd - 2 tbsp
Kashmir Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Gram Flour / Kadalai Maavu - 1 tsp
Green Chili - 1 no (finely Chopped)
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 fruit
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Salt to taste.

Method :


  • Marinate the fish pieces with mentioned ingredients for an hour.


  • Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan,  shallow fry the fish pieces on both sides or deep fry and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Andra Style Hot and Sour Fish Curry, Hot and Sour Fish Curry and Fish Curry.
