Ingredients : |
Sole Fish / Tongue Sole / Naaku Meen - 250 gm ( cleaned with turmeric and salt) Oil for fry. To Marinate : (1 hour)
Curd - 2 tbsp
Kashmir Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Gram Flour / Kadalai Maavu - 1 tsp
Green Chili - 1 no (finely Chopped)
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 fruit
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
