Chicken Tawa Kabab

Ingredients :

Chicken Tawa Kabab

Chicken Keema - 1 cup (or finely chopped)
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
White Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 2 tsp
Cornflour - 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Method :

Chicken Tawa Kabab

  • Marinate all the ingredients with Chicken for atleast 1 hour.
  • Apply Oil on both the hands and make Kabab of 4" to 5" long.

  • Then Shallow fry them in a medium flame, until golden brown colour and ready to serve.

Chicken Tawa Kabab

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
