Curd Seer Fish Fry / Thayir Vanjaram Meen Varuval

Ingredients :

Curd Seer Fish Fry / Thayir Vanjaram Meen Varuval

Vanjaram Fish \ Seer Fish - 3 pieces
Thick Curd - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1" long
Garlic - 5 nos
Green Chili - 2 nos (+ or -)
Required Salt
Oil - 2 tbsp.

Method :

Curd Seer Fish Fry / Thayir Vanjaram Meen Varuval

  • First Grind Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Salt and Turmeric Powder.
  • Then add Curd and grind into fine paste.

  • Now Marinate Fish pieces with ground paste for an hour.

  • Finally shallow fry them in Oil on both side for 5 to 7 mins and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Hot and Sour Fish Curry, Rasam and Curd
