Milk - 1 litre Sweet Bread - 2 slices (finely chopped, edges removed) Sugar - 3/4 cup Gelatine - 2 tsp (dissolved in 1/4 cup of water) Almonds - 3 nos (Blanched in hot water for 10mins, skinned,finely chopped) Cashewnuts - 3 nos (finely chopped) Pistachios - 5 nos (finely chopped) Cardamom Seeds Powder - 3 nos Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp (optional) To Grind into Paste : Almonds - 10 nos (Blanched in hot water for 10mins, skinned) Cashewnuts - 10 nos Milk - 1/4 cup |
