Vegetable Paneer Chapathi Roll


Ingredients :

Chapathi - 3nos
Mayonnaise required

Vegetable Paneer Chapathi Roll

Sauce Ingredients :

Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Dry Red Chili - 3 nos (boiled for 5mins)
Green chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Garlic - 10 Cloves
Cornflour - 2 tsp (dissolve in 1/2 cup of Water)
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt to Taste.

Vegetable Stuff Ingredients :

Paneer - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 3/4 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
White Pepper - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt to taste.

Method :

Vegetable Paneer Chapathi Roll

Steps to make Sauce :
  • Grind boiled dry Red Chili and Garlic into fine paste with Vinegar and required Water and keep aside.
  • Heat Oil in a Kadai, add Onion and Green chili, saute until light golden brown color.
  • Add ground paste, saute for an minute.
  • Add Coriander Leaves, saute for few seconds.
  • Add Cornflour Water and bring to boil, cook for 2 to 3 mins in simmer until sauce consistency.

Steps to make Vegetable stuff :
  • First deep fry Paneer until golden brown and keep aside.
  • Heat Oil in a Kadai, add Carrot, saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add Capsicum, again saute for 1 minute.
  • Add Cabbage, again saute for 1 minute.
  • Add fried Paneer, Black Pepper and Salt, saute for an minute and keep aside.

Steps to make Veg Paneer Chapathi Roll :
  •  Take a Chapathi, spread 2tsp of sauce over each Chapathi.
  • Divide the Vegetable Stuff into three equal parts and place inside Chapathi.
  • Add Mayonnaise, roll them and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot.
