Mango Delight with Fresh Cream & Icing Sugar


Ingredients :

Mango Delight with Fresh Cream & Icing Sugar

Mango Pulp - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
Icing Sugar - 2 tbsp (+ or -)
Gelatine ( or ) Agar Agar Powder - 1 tbsp
Mango Bits - 2 tbsp

Method :

Mango Delight with Fresh Cream & Icing Sugar

  • Dissolve Gelatine or Agar Agar in hot Water.

Mango Delight with Fresh Cream & Icing Sugar

  • Blend Mango Pulp, Fresh Cream, Icing Sugar and dissolved Gelatine until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in Mango bits.

Mango Delight with Fresh Cream & Icing Sugar

  • Then set in wetted mould in a refrigerator for an hour and ready to serve.

Mango Delight with Fresh Cream & Icing Sugar

Serving Suggestion : Serve with Whipped Cream and Mango Slice.
