Ingredients :

Cows Milk - 1 liter Large Lemon Juice - 1 no or Vinegar - 3 tbsp (+ or -)

Method :

Heat the milk in a pan and bring to boil. Turn off the flame and then pour the lemon juice or vinegar and stir well.

Stir until the milk curdle fully ie., milk solids will separates from the whey water.

Drain all the whey water using muslin cloth or thin cotton cloth and rinse with cold water.

Then squeeze out all excess water.

To set the paneer, put some weight on the paneer and leave it for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Remove the paneer from the cloth.

Cut into small pieces and ready to use.
