How To Make Almond Paste / Badam Vizhuthu At Home

Ingredients :
Almonds \ Badam - 1/2 cup (washed)
Boiled Milk - 1/4 cup (+ or -) |
Steps To Make Almond Paste \ Badam Vizhuthu :
- Boil a cup of water, add in the almonds and reduce the flame into simmer and cook for 5 minutes. (Image 1 and 2)
- Drain the water and allow to cool completely.
- Remove the skin.
- Grind the almonds with milk into fine paste. (Image 3 and 4)
- Store in a air-tight container box and refrigerate up to a week.
