Almonds \ Badam - 1/2 cup (washed)
Boiled Milk - 1/4 cup (+ or -)

Steps To Make Almond Paste \ Badam Vizhuthu :

  • Boil a cup of water, add in the almonds and reduce the flame into simmer and cook for 5 minutes. (Image 1 and 2)
  • Drain the water and allow to cool completely.
  • Remove the skin.
  • Grind the almonds with milk into fine paste. (Image 3 and 4)
  • Store in a air-tight container box and refrigerate up to a week.
