Garlic - 3 cloves (crushed)
Shallots | Sambar Onion - 12 no (chopped)
Small Tomato - 1 no (chopped)
Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

  • Heat the ghee in a kadhai and stir in the garlic. (Image 1)
  • Add in the shallots and saute for an minute. (Image 2)
