Mananthakkali Keerai - 1 cup
Garlic - 3 cloves (crushed)
Shallots | Sambar Onion - 12 no (chopped)
Small Tomato - 1 no (chopped)
Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Manathakkali Keerai Soup:
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai and stir in the garlic. (Image 1)
- Add in the shallots and saute for an minute. (Image 2)
- Add the manathakkali keerai and saute for an minute. (Image 3)
- Add the tomato and required salt, saute for an minute. (Image 4)

- Add 3 cups of water, mix well and bring to boil. (Image 5)
- Cook for about 5minutes over medium flame. Finally add the pepper powder and cumin seeds powder, mix well and ready to serve. (Image 6 and 7)
