Ingredients :

Vanjaram Meen Varuval | Seer Fillet Fry
Vanjaram Meen | Seer Fish Fillet - 250 gm (bone less)
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1\4 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp
Onion Powder - 1\2 tsp ( Onion Paste - 1 tsp)
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Egg White - 1 no
Salt to Taste
Oil for fry.

Method :

Steps To Make The Fried Fish Fillet:

  • To marinate, mix the red chili powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, onion powder, turmeric powder and required salt in a mixing bowl. (Image 1)
  • Add the fish pieces, mix well and marinate for half an hour. (Image 2)
  • Then add the egg white and cornflour, mix well. (Image 3 and 4)
  • Deep fry or shallow fry in the hot oil, cook over medium flame until golden brown colour and serve.(Image 5 and 6)
