Ingredients :

Nendram Kaai - 2 no
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1\2 tsp
Coconut Oil or any oil for deep fry.
Method :

Steps To Make The Nendram Kaai Chips:

Heat enough oil in a kadhai. Then using knife, remove the nendram kaai skin. Slice the one nendram kaai into the oil. Cook over medium flame. Separately mix the turmeric powder and salt with a tablespoon of water. When the chips turns golden colour, sprinkle the half turmeric water and mix well. Then fry till the ishhhhh sound reduce and chips turns crunchy. Ready to serve.
To store, cool the fried nendram kaai chips and store in a air tight box.
My Notes: Use nendram kaai to make chips, else it will not comes crunchy. Don't use nendram pazham. Also while frying chips add the salt and turmeric water, else the chips will not absorb salt.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with the gulab jamun.
