Chicken Cheese Balls

Ingredients :

Chicken Cheese Balls Ingredients

Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1 no
Milk - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tsp

For Dough:

Chicken - 100 gm (minced)
Grated Cheese - 50 gm
Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Maida - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

For Stuffing:

Mozzarella Cheese - small cubes


  • Heat butter in a frying pan \ kadai, slightly saute garlic, add then onion and green chili, saute little and keep aside.
  • Combine with chicken, cheese, maida and coriander leaves, mix well and make soft dough.

  • Divide the dough into small balls, stuff  mozzarella cheese in the center and cover from all sides.
  • Dip cheese stuffed balls in egg - milk mixture, then roll them in bread crumbs and keep aside. Do the same for all balls.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil over simmer until golden brown and ready to serve.

Chicken Cheese Balls

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Ketchup.
