Coleus Aromaticus Leaves / Kapooravalli Leaves - 15 to 20 (fresh Leaves) Oil for deep fry. Bajji Batter : Bengal Gram Flour / Kadalai Maavu - 1 cup Rice Flour - 1/4 cup Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Cooking Soda - 2 pinch Food Colour - 2 pinch red colour (optional) Salt to taste. |
