Ingredients :

Seer Fish Fry / Vanjaram Meen Varuval

Seer Fish / Vanjaram Meen - 5 pieces
Rice Flour - 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Salt to taste
Required Oil.

Method :

Seer Fish Fry / Vanjaram Meen Varuval

  • First To Marinate, mix all ingredients except (Oil) with Fish pieces and marinate for 1 hours.

  • Now Shallow Fry them in medium flame until golden brown colour and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Onion Seer Fish Curry \ Vanjaram Meen Kuzhambu
