Egg Rice / Muttai Sadham


Ingredients :

Egg Rice / Muttai Sadham

Egg - 3 nos
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Onion - 1 no (chopped)
Tomato - 1/2 no (chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Curry Leaves - 1 stk
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Method :

Egg Rice / Muttai Sadham

  • Heat Oil in a Kadai, add Garlic and Garlic, saute for few seconds.
  • Add Onion and Green chili, saute until light golden brown colour.
  • Add Tomato and Curry Leaves, saute until Tomato smash well.
  • Add Cumin seeds powder and Pepper powder, saute for an minute.

Egg Rice / Muttai Sadham

  • Finally add Eggs and cooked Rice, saute for 2mins until Egg cooks and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Fried Eggs.
