Soya Bean Lentils - 1 cup (soak overnight and drain water) Onion - 1 no (finely chopped) Tomato - 1 no (finely chopped) Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped) Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tsp Cinnamon Stick - 2nos (2" long) Cloves - 3 nos Star Anise - 1 no Cashew-nuts - 20 nos (blanch in hot water for 1/2 an hour and grind into paste) Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Mint Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp Curry Leaves - 1 stk Butter - 2 tbsp Water - 1 cup Salt to Taste. |
