Ingredients :

Chicken - 350 gm (chopped, washed)
Coconut Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 no (chopped)
Tomato - 1 no (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Steps To Make The Kadhai Chicken Gravy :

  • Heat oil in a hot kadhai \ pan, roast the fennel seeds. (Image 1)
  • Stir in the onion till tender, then add the ginger garlic paste and saute till its raw smell leaves. (Image 2 and 3)
  • Add the tomato and saute until tender. (Image 4)

  • Add in the chicken pieces and saute till its moisture reduced completely. (Image 5)
  • Then add in the red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, pepper powder, garam masala and required salt, mix all and stir for half a minute. (Image 6)
  • Pour the coconut milk, mix well and cook for about 15mins to 20mins over medium flame. (Image 7 and 8)
  • Finally add the coriander leaves, mix it and ready to serve.
