Ingredients :

Thinai Palak Adai | Quinoa Flour Greens Adai - Healthy Break Fast
Thinai Maavu \ Foxtail Millet Flour - 1 cup
Palak Keerai \ Green - 1 cup (chopped)
Shallots - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Water - required
Oil - required
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Steps To Make The Thinai Palak Keerai Adai Recipe :

  • To make adai batter, mix the thinai \ foxtail and palak with the shallots, garlic, cumin seeds, green chili and required salt in a mixing bowl. (Image 1 and 2)
  • Add required water and mix well. (Image 3)
  • To make adai, heat a iron tawa \ non-stick tawa, pour a ladle full of batter in the center, tilt into thin circle, cover and cook over simmer. (Image 4 and 5)
  • When the side turn brown colour, turn and cook till done. (Image 6)
  • Do the same for the remaining batter.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Coconut chutney and Sambar or Jaggery.
