All Purpose Flour \ Maida - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 or 2 tbsp
Crushed Cardamom Seeds - 1 no
Ghee \ Butter - required |
Steps To Make The Banana Pancakes Batter and Method :
- To make the banana pancakes batter, first mash the banana in a mixing bowl. (Image 1)
- Then add the egg, flour, milk, sugar and cardamom, mix altogether and the batter is ready. (Image 2 and 3)

- Heat iron tawa or non-stick tawa, make pancake with ghee, cook on both sides over medium flame and ready to serve. (Image 4 and 5)

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with any fruit juice or fruits salad. |
