Description : Chicken lollipop is made from the middle segments of chicken wings. Flesh on the segments is pushed to one end of the bone, then coated in a batter and deep fried.

Chicken Lollipops - 8 nos
Maida - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Egg - 1 no
Salt to Taste
Oil for deep fry. |
Steps To Make The Chicken Lollipops :
- To marinate, combine all the ingredients (curd, maida, cornflour, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, egg and required salt) except the chicken and oil in a bowl. (Image 1 and 2)
- Then marinate the chicken in the curd mixture for half an hour. (Image 3)
- Deep fry in the hot oil till golden brown colour and ready to serve. (Image 4)
