About The Recipe :
Fresh Pineapple \ Annachi pazham is low in calories and an excellent source of manganese and vitamin C, it is juicy, pulpy and tangy. Normally raw pineapple is heat for the body, for this I have added lemon juice, mint leaves and ginger to reduce the body heat, Also this fresh pineapple juice is good for digestion. |
Pineapple Pieces - 1 and 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves - 15 to 20 nos
Lemon Juice - 1 no
Ginger - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Sugar - optional |
Steps To Make The Fresh Pineapple \ Annachi Pazham Juice :
- Blend the pineapple \ annachi pazham pieces, mint leaves and ginger with one and half cup of water into smooth paste, using a mixie or hand blender. (Image 1 and 2)

- Strain through a metal sieve in to a bowl. (Image 3)

- Then add the lemon juice and required sugar, mix all and refrigerate till chill.
- Pour into a glasses and serve chilled.

Serving Suggestion : Serve Chill with Murukku. |
