Mutton \ Goat Meat - 250gm (Boneless)
Green Chilli - 1 no
Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Roasted Fennel Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves - 10 no (finely chopped)
Egg - 1 no
Oil required
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Mutton Kofta \ Meat Balls :
- Grind the meat with green chilli into smooth paste. (Image 1 and 2)
- To make the kofta dough, mix the ground meat with the bread crumbs, garlic, fennel seeds, pepper powder, mint leaves, egg and required salt. (Image 3 and 4)
- Make balls from the dough. Deep fry or shallow fry them in a hot oil, cook over medium flame until golden brown color, drain the excess oil and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil and ready to serve.
