Ingredients :

Grilled Prawn
Prawn - 300 gm (de-shelled, de-veined)
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Pepper Corn - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 small hand
Green chilli - 1 no
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Egg White - 1 no
Gingelly or Coconut Oil
Salt to Taste.

Method :

Steps To Make The Tawa Grilled Coriander Prawn :

  • To make the coriander masala, dry roast the coriander seeds and pepper corn till the nice aroma arise. (Image 1)
  • Stir in the coriander leaves and green chilli for an minute. (Image 2)
  • Cool the roasted coriander mixture and grind into fine paste with ginger garlic, salt, lemon juice and little water. (Image 3 and 4)
Grilled Prawn
  • Marinate the prawns with the prepared coriander mixture for half an hour. (Image 5 and 6)
  • Before grill, mix the marinated prawns with the corn flour, maida and egg white. (Image 7 and 8)
  • Insert the prawns on wooden skewers one by one. (Image 9)
  • Grill on hot tawa with required oil until golden brown colour. (Image 10)
Grilled Prawn
Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with the Naan and mint chutney.
