Tasty Coriander Green Chicken Kebab | Kothamalzhi Kozhikari Kabab

Chicken - 350 gm
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Pepper Corn - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1"
Garlic - 3 or 4 cloves
Green Chilli - 1 no
Coriander Leaves - 1 small hand
Hung Curd - 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - required
Salt to Taste
Skewers - required (soaked 1 hour). |
Steps To Make The Coriander Green Masala :
- Dry roast the coriander seeds and pepper till the coriander seeds turns light brown color. (Image 1)
- Stir in the ginger, garlic, green chilli and coriander leaves for few seconds. (Image 2)
- Cool the roasted ingredients and grind them with little salt. (Image 3)
- Then grind into paste with hung curd and keep aside. (Image 4)

Steps To Make The Coriander Green Chicken Kebab :
- Mix the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, required salt and lemon juice, set for 10mins. (Image 5)
- Then marinate the chicken with prepared coriander-green-masala for 30minutes. (Image 6)
- After marinate, shake away the excess marinate from the chicken pieces, thread them on skewers and brush with oil. (Image 7)
- Then cook in the oven for 20mins (+ or -) at 220 degree Celsius in a pre-heated oven, turning them halfway. (Image 8)
