White Forest Cake | How To Make Homemade White Forest Cake Easily

Ingredients :

Maida - 2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Cooking Soda - 1 tsp
Butter Milk - 1 cup
Egg - 2 no
Oil - 1\2 cup
Castor Sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 and 1\2 tsp
Whipped Cream - required
Tin Cherries - required
Tin Cherries Syrup - required
Grated White Chocolate - required
Method :
Preparations, grease and dust the nine inch cake tin with some oil and maida, keep aside. Sieve the maida, baking powder and cooking soda for 2 to 3 times and keep aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius degree.
To make the white forest cake batter, in a mixing bowl, add the butter milk, eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla essence, beat with an electric beater until the sugar dissolves. Fold in the sieved flour mixture.
Transfer the batter into prepared cake tin and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Test the cake by inserting a knife in the center, it should comes out clean else bake for five more minutes.
Cool the cake in the tin and de-mold it.
Slice the cake into three layers, take one layer, moist with cherries liquid, layer the whipped cream, add some cherries on top. Similarly repeat for another cake layers. Then cover the cake fully with the whipped cream. Decorate with cherries and white chocolate.
Notes: Once the batter is ready, bake it quickly. always cool the cake and then decorate with cream.

Fold in the sieved flour mixture and the white forest batter is ready.

Transfer the batter into prepared cake tin and bake for 35 to 40mins or till the top turns golden colour. To test the cake is fully baked, insert a knife in the middle and it should comes out clean. Then cool the cake in the tin and de-mould it.

Slice the cake into three layers. Take one layer, moist with the cherries syrup.

Layer the whipped cream and some red cherries on top. Repeat the same for the remaining layers.

Then cover the cake fully with the whipped cream and decorate with the cherries and white chocolate.
