Chicken Meatball Penne Pasta | Chicken Meatball And Creamy Pasta Recipe - This recipe has three process, making chicken meatballs, cooking penne pasta and easy creamy tomato based gravy. This dish looks lengthy process, but if you prepared everything means, than you can make easily. Already I tried this recipe with mutton meatballs, it also turned good. You can also veg it by using mixing vegetable balls. Now lets see how to make this chicken meatball and creamy penne paste recipe with easy step by step images and instructions. Ingredients :

For Chicken Meatball:

Boneless Chicken - 1 cup
Green Chili - 2 no
Dry Red Chili - 2 no
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Egg - 1 no (small)
Bread Crumbs - 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1\2 no (optional)
Salt To Taste
Oil for deep fry.

For Pasta:

Penne Pasta - 150 gm
Bangalore Tomato - 3 no
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Onion - 1\2 no (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1\2 no (small cubes)
Red Chili Paste - 1 or 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Fresh Cream - 1\2 cup to 1\3 cup
Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt To Taste
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cheese - required (optional)

Steps To Make The Chicken Meatball And Creamy Pasta Recipe:

To make the tomato puree, make X cut at the bottom of bottom and boil in the water for about five minutes or until the skin slightly peel off. Then take off the tomato and rinse with normal water to stop cooking. Peel off the skin, cut into small pieces and grind into fine paste, keep aside.
To cook the pasta, heat five to seven cup of water in a pan, add a teaspoon of oil and required salt and bring to boil. Add the pasta and cook for about seven to eight minutes. (or to cook the pasta, follow the package instruction.) Drain the water and keep aside.

To make the chicken meatballs, grind the chicken pieces, garlic, dry red chili, green chili and required salt into paste. Transfer the ground chicken into a bowl, add the egg and bread crumbs, mix well altogether. Make small balls and deep fry in the oil till golden colour and keep aside.

To make the creamy gravy, heat the butter in a kadhai and stir in the garlic till its raw smell leaves. Add the onion and saute till slightly golden colour. Add the capsicum and cook till soft. Add the red chili paste and stir for few seconds. Add the prepared tomato puree and mix well.

Add the pepper powder, required salt and 1\4 cup of water, mix well, bring to boil and cook for about two minutes. Then add the fresh cream and mix well. Add the mixed herbs and mix well.
Add the cooked pasta, mix well altogether, then add the meat balls and mix gently. Finally add the coriander leaves and serve hot.

My Notes: Use homemade tomato puree for better taste.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the chicken meatball pasta with cheese.
