Fresh Mango Puree - 1 cup |
Fresh Cream - 1\2 cup |
Condensed Milk - 1\2 cup |
Milk - 1\2 cup |
Pistachios - 2 tbsp (chopped) |
Saffron -1\2 tsp |
Method : |
Grind the mango puree, fresh cream, condensed milk and milk into fine paste and creamy. |
Add the pistachios and saffron, mix well altogether and the mango kulfi mixture is ready. |
Fill the kulfi molds with required mango kulfi mixture. |
Freeze overnight or till set. |
Insert stick in center and de-mold it, serve immediately. |
Notes: Use fresh ripped mango for best taste. You can also use cardamom for extra flavor. |

To make the mango kulfi mixture, take a mixi jar, add the mango puree, fresh cream, condensed milk and milk, grind for about two minutes or till creamy. |
Add the pistachios and saffron, mix well and the mango kulfi mixture is ready. |
Fill the kulfi molds and freeze for overnight or till set. To remove the kulfi in the molds, insert the ice cream stick or bamboo stick in the center. |
Run the knife at the sides and pull out gently. Serve immediately. |
