Ingredients :

Full Vaval Meen | Pomfret Fish - 2 no (with slits, cleaned)
Lemon Juice - 1 no
Blanched Red Chili Paste - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Egg White - 1\2 no
Salt - as required
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - shallow fry
Method :
First marinate the fishes with lemon juice for ten minutes.
To make the masala, mix the red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, egg white, corn flour and required salt.
Second marinate the fishes with the masala for ten minutes.
Separately mix the bread crumbs and pepper powder, coat the crumbs mixture on the marinated fishes and press gently to stick well. Shallow fry the fishes on both sides over medium flame. Serve hot.
Notes: Apply the masala well in slits.

First marinate the fishes with lemon juice for ten minutes and keep aside. To make the masala, mix the red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, egg white, corn flour and required salt.

Then second marinate the fishes with the masala for about ten minutes.

Separately mix the bread crumbs and pepper powder in a plate, coat the crumbs mixture on the marinated fishes on all sides and press gently to stick well.

Heat two tablespoon of oil in a tawa, shallow fry the fish on both sides, cook over medium flame. Serve hot. You can also bake in a 220 degree Celsius pre-heated oven for about 15mins. Turn in between.
