Hi Kalai, How are you? Its been a while I posted my feedback, though visiting and trying your recipes frequently.
Coming to this recipe, Rose Milk is my all time fav drink. That too Homemade syrup.... yummy. But I have a small doubt, do we get any bitter taste from the rose petals?

I Just saw your message mam. Sorry for my very late reply :) I'm good and how about you mam?
Actually it tastes very slightly bitter only, also we get the real rose taste and flavor.. To avoid the bitter taste, cook the rose petals in the boiling syrup for about 1 minute over simmer or medium-low flame. Importantly don't over cook or over boil them, That's all. I'm sure, U will definitely love this.. Try and share with me mam.. Thank U very much.

Can jaggery be added instead of sugar and will the colour change

Hai Unknown, If you like jaggery taste, you can use it. But it changes the entire taste and rose flavor fully. Also use only chilled milk else it will curdle.
