Chicken - 250 gms (boneless, small pieces) |
Green Chilli - 1 no |
Dry Red Chillies - 2 nos |
Ginger - 1" piece |
Garlic - 7 cloves |
Salt - as required |
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp |
Egg White - 1 no |
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsps (finely chopped) |
Mint Leaves - 2 tbsps (finely chopped) |
Sugarcane - Sticks |
Bread crumbs - 1\2 cup |
Oil - shallow fry |
Method : |
Grind the green chilli, dry red chillies, ginger and garlic into coarsely without adding water. Add the chicken pieces and required salt, grind into paste. |
To make the kebab mixture, mix the ground chicken, lemon juice, egg white, coriander leaves and mint leaves in a mixing bowl. |
Take some chicken kebab mixture, set on the top of sugarcane like lollipops and flat it. Then coat the bread crumbs and press gently to stick with the kebab. |
Shallow fry the kebab over low-medium flame until golden brown color on both sides. Serve hot. |
Notes: Don't grind the chicken into fine paste. Instead of sugarcane sticks, can also use skewers. |
