Ingredients :

200th Post - Kalai's Egg Parotta

Layered Parotta : 5 nos (tears into small pieces)
Chicken Saalna : 1 cup
Egg - 5 nos
Onion - 2 nos (chopped)
Tomato - 2 nos (chopped)
Green Chili - 1 no (chopped)
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 2 stk
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Method :

200th Post - Kalai's Egg Parotta

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add onion and curry leaves, saute until light golden colour.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, saute until raw smell leaves.
  • Add tomato and green chili, saute until tomato smash well.

  • Add red chili powder, cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and required salt, saute until raw smell leaves.
  • Add egg and saute for few seconds.
  • Then add parottas, mix well and saute for an minute.

  • Now add chicken saalna, saute until in a dry consistency.
  • Finally add coriander leaves, mix well and ready to serve.
